Saba Construction & Design has worked with its sub-contractors and the other design and build professionals for over 10 years.  The trust he has developed with these partners ensures that you will not have to worry while your home is under construction.

• Bahram Saba, Owner.  A graduate of George Mason University with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Bahram Saba is a Master Builder and Class A contractor and builder.  He is also a certified Land Disturber.  He is licensed, insured, and bonded.

• Reynaldo Martinez, better known as Rey, is our Field Manager. He also works with our subcontractors to make sure your project is done correctly.  Rey has been so inspired through his work with Bahram that he is currently working towards a degree in construction management. Rey has worked with Saba for over five years and plans to use his degree to grow with the company.

• As construction manager, Ron Wagner brings thirty-five years experience in the building industry. His areas of expertise include custom homebuilding, speculative builder, builder/developer, and subcontractor in carpentry, masonry, concrete and painting. 

• Saba Construction & Design collaborates with architect Jeffrey Hains of Hains Architects to provide architectural design that fits your needs and maximizes the return on your investment. Hains Architects has over 20 years experience in custom residential design with completed projects throughout the Washington metropolitian area. We understand the needs and dreams of our clients and help them realize such visions with creative and affordable design solutions.

• Cathy Rinn of KellyBelle Studio can help you put the finishing touches on your newly remodeled home or renovation to make it uniquely yours.  With over 20 years of color expertise, Cathy will help you customize your interior. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Moore College of Art and Design in Philadelphia and has been a decorative painter for the past ten years.  She specializes in selecting colors that show off your new space in the most impactful manner as well as specialty/faux finishing.
